Onboarding Requirements

To maintain the high standards our clients expect, all partnering subcontractors must fulfill the following criteria prior to project commencement:

1. Contractual Alignment: Execution of a formal Subcontractor Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
2. Workforce Eligibility: Completion of an ICP employee audit to verify employment eligibility for all personnel assigned to our projects.
3. Comprehensive Insurance: Provision of insurance certificates that demonstrate full compliance with the “flow-down” requirements established in our primary customer contracts.
4. Environmental Stewardship: Participation in the Dycom Pollution Program (estimated annual fee of $475).
5. Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to all industry, local, and corporate safety and construction regulations.
6. Credentialing: Full compliance with specific client-mandated badging and security protocols.
