Onboarding Requirements
To maintain the high standards our clients expect, all partnering subcontractors must fulfill the following criteria prior to project commencement:
- Contractual Alignment: Execution of a formal Subcontractor Agreement and a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA).
- Workforce Eligibility: Completion of an ICP employee audit to verify employment eligibility for all personnel assigned to our projects.
- Comprehensive Insurance: Provision of insurance certificates that demonstrate full compliance with the “flow-down” requirements established in our primary customer contracts.
- Environmental Stewardship: Participation in the Dycom Pollution Program (estimated annual fee of $475).
- Regulatory Compliance: Strict adherence to all industry, local, and corporate safety and construction regulations.
- Credentialing: Full compliance with specific client-mandated badging and security protocols.

SUBCONTRACTOR CODE OF CONDUCT

- Ensure full employment eligibility and adhere to all labor laws and wage regulations.
- Maintain current insurance and licensing throughout the duration of the partnership.
- Strictly follow all local permitting and environmental protection requirements.
